Excellent hotel.

No breakfast is served, and for what the hotel offers, it’s expensive and poor value. The customer service was very poor too. The bathroom door is coming off its hinges, the sink drain is loose, and the air conditioning leaks.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the service was good.

There’s an elevator, breakfast is included, and the rooms are spacious, super comfortable, clean, and have a refrigerator. It’s just around the corner from the Apartadó bus terminal. Excellent service, and the staff are very friendly.

I came back after a few months and found the hotel had gone downhill. Direct TV is gone, the sheets have yellowed, the switches are in poor shape, and the elevator smells bad. I hope they improve, or I’ll need to stay somewhere else. Today I went up for breakfast and found FLYWORMS in the cafe. They’ve lost a customer.
