Hotel Brisas de Granada

The beds were awful, and don't even get me started on the bathroom. This place is a hole in the wall. I'd never stay here again or send anyone I know there. They should've paid me to stay, not the other way around!

The hotel itself is fine, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. The receptionists seem not to know what allergies mean. The rooms have a strong air freshener smell, and they don't seem to understand that too much of it causes some of us a lot of unpleasant symptoms. Management could give them a little training.

For a short stay like mine, it felt cozy and like a safe choice. The rooms are small, though, and you can hear TVs from other rooms.

The hostel is nice, and the hotel itself is fine. But there's too much air freshener in the rooms, and being allergic to strong smells is no choice, it's something you're born with. The receptionists seem to know very little about that, which makes it feel like the worst thing. Management should train them about strong smells and allergies. These reactions aren't just a coincidence.
