The staff were excellent, and the rooms were spacious and clean for a good price. I wouldn't walk around the area at night, but it feels okay and safe to travel by taxi.

A clean, friendly place with a really nice feel, and it's cheap.

The city center location was convenient, and the facilities suited our stay well. The bathroom was clean, and room service met our expectations. The receptionists were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and I'm very grateful to them. You can sometimes hear loud conversations from another room, but it wasn't uncomfortable at all.

The staff were good, and the rooms were new, spacious, and clean. Water, coffee, and tea were free, and the price was good. The only downside was being close to the city center.

The rooms were excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive. They shared lots of information about exploring Quindío, and I really appreciated their excellent service.
