I got 81 on my sleep ring here, the best sleep score I've had anywhere on a month of travel in South America. I usually sleep worse if I've had a drink before bed, and I had one that night, so my score might've been even higher. The bed is huge, and I felt safe in the room. There was some music from the terrace, but I could still sleep. The receptionist was sweet and patient while I fumbled through Spanish. There's a small gym, plus breakfast, a salon, and massage services for an extra fee.

The rooftop bar and restaurant were great, with good music, and Manuela, our waitress, was excellent. The front desk team were courteous, friendly, and great to deal with. The hotel felt upscale and was very clean. I stayed on my latest visit and would definitely recommend it.

I needed to make an unexpected trip to Armenia and stayed at the hotel for a week. The rooms were very small, and the noise made it hard to rest. The rooftop bar was open every night, and one night there was a live show, which made things even louder. I was on the third floor and really needed sleep, but the noise kept pushing my nights later. If you need a quiet place to rest, this isn't the hotel for you. The chef was very nice, and whenever I asked for a taxi, they helped me get one. But when I asked the front desk to let my friend upstairs, they asked if she was staying overnight. She wasn't, and that question bothered me right away. I felt they should have just said, yes, of course, and let her go up.

The rooftop bar had an amazing mountain view. Trugo is new and very modern, and its location is great. There are lots of hotels in Armenia, but the service is what makes this one the best for me. The staff are really nice and professional. My favorite hotel in Armenia 🇨🇴.

The location was good, and the gym was just okay. Traffic noise came through because the room wasn't well soundproofed.
