The location is good, and with Carnival on, the high prices make sense. Service was good, but they won't clean your room unless you let them know. There's a little sign that explains this.

We loved the varied, complete breakfast, and the family room had everything we needed and was comfortable. They honored our Expedia reservation at a very good price. Service was the best, from reception to the kitchen and housekeeping.

I asked for a room for two but was given one with three beds. When I arrived, I had to wait for the shift change, and they made it seem like leaving was more important than looking after guests. The sink and breakfast were mediocre, and the instant coffee was really weak. I don't recommend it.

The location is very good and the price is affordable, but there were lots of cockroaches in the room and no soap. I had to ask for sheets. I wouldn't go back.

IMPORTANT NOTES. There were cockroaches in the rooms, and the bathrooms had mold and mildew. After we'd paid for 4 days, the receptionist complained about a scruffy situation just 2 days before checkout.
