When we arrived, nobody mentioned the water issue. There was no hot water, and they said they'd fix it. By morning, our room had neither hot nor cold water. At breakfast I asked for scrambled eggs and was told they'd take 9 minutes. Then I saw them preparing eggs for someone who had joined the line after me. When I complained, they said mine would take 12 minutes. I don't understand what service means here with guests treated so rudely. Spanish speakers always seem to get priority. Terrible service.

The room was larger than I expected, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff are lovely and friendly. It's in a convenient spot for getting around, with lots of good restaurants nearby.

I'd give the location 4 stars while the construction is going on. Once it's finished, it'll be 5.

The service was okay and breakfast was very nice, but I was still really disappointed. For a whole week, construction drilling started at 8am. I changed rooms because of it, only for the noise to catch up with us two days later. The new room also had the same problems, plus a safe that didn't work and wasn't fixed after I asked. The rooms were in terrible shape, with holes, scratches and sloppy repairs. The bathroom fan roared like a truck, and a broken window let in loads of noise from the main street. I don't know how this place got more than three stars.
