We were lucky to be in Bogota Colombia for the 2026 Leather and Footware Expo, Feb 3-6, 2026. The next Expo is the first week of August, and I'll do my best to make it there.

I came for a motorcycle show and a coffee expo. It was well organized. Parking is tough, so I'd recommend taking an Uber.

Baum is such a treat. The layout is great, the sound is immense, and the production and visuals blew my mind. There were beautiful people everywhere too. It's one of the best music venues I've ever been to. If you get the chance to go to one festival before you leave this world, make it this one.

There are book signings with authors and activities planned for different audiences, and the Book Fair itself is great. Parking is good once you get there, though getting into the parking building or lot is another story. Recommended!

The executive lounge was wonderful, and breakfast was a full buffet with omelettes made to order. It's a lovely modern hotel, very clean, with friendly, attentive staff. I had an amazing stay in Bogota, just 15 minutes from BOG airport, and I'll absolutely come back.
