The worst part was the lack of customer service. I told the hotel four days ahead that I needed to change my stay, but they didn’t help and still charged me for the extra nights. Corferias was conveniently close, but the rooms were very noisy and the breakfast was disappointing. I was extremely let down and would suggest looking at other hotels in the area.

Customer service was awful. Our room wasn’t ready until 4:10, even though check-in was supposed to be at 3. They made excuses instead of apologizing and sorting it out. We had reservations, so there was no excuse for the room not being ready on time.

The design is good, but the place feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere. There’s a good fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and stove in the unit, but no utensils or cooking tools at all, so the kitchen feels like it’s just for show. Our front-facing unit had no sound protection, and the window shutter vents stayed open, so the cold Bogotá weather came right into the room. There are no nearby restaurants or interesting places within an easy walk. It’s decent if you need to be near the US embassy, but that’s about it.

A quiet, clean place with friendly staff and breakfast included. It’s in a lovely, very safe area. Highly recommend!

The staff were always friendly and ready to help. We left a phone in a taxi we took from the hotel, and they managed to recover it for us. Thanks so much.
