I came back for a second visit and was happy with my stay again. It's really clean and feels super safe, and the staff are cheerful and helpful. I'm visiting again today, and I'll come back in the future too. I 100% recommend it. The area is busy and the room insulation isn't great, so there is some noise, though you don't hear a lot. I wanted to leave a comment after seeing the misleading unhappy customer review.

The towels were worn out, the shower water smelled of tobacco, and there was no hot water. A dog wandering the hallways and jumping at people was really annoying, especially for someone who dislikes animals or a child who's afraid of them. The policies weren't clear or easy to find, and the customer service and relationships were very poor. The people running the place need to communicate properly about requests and improve their people skills.

It's a converted house, with thin partitions and no soundproofing, so there's a lot of noise. Hygiene and cleanliness were poor, and the customer service wasn't good either. I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe with a little more money, you could find something better.
