The breakfast was consistently very good, with plenty of fresh choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful, though limited English sometimes made communication difficult. This was my second stay at this BW hotel, for 9 days after a 15-day visit two years ago, and most of the experience was positive. The last room service dinner was a letdown. The chicken soup I’d liked before came out too thick, bland, and mostly parsley, and the salmon was overcooked. I told the waitress, but nobody followed up or apologized. It felt like getting the bill settled mattered most, which left me with a poor last impression. The first two dinners had been tasty. I’m lowering my rating from 5 stars to 4, and hope they improve consistency and customer care.

The service was great, and the place seems set up with lots of room for working and conferences. For the price it’s decent, just not amazing. The bed was really stiff, and the safe was so small and not fixed down that you could literally walk off with it, lol. Breakfast was pretty basic and didn’t seem especially fresh.

The breakfast was delicious, and the location was fantastic. I also had an agent who knew the area well and spoke several languages, with amazing customer service.
