BogoRooms Héroes

Clean, tidy rooms and really good service. Excellent hotel.

The place felt welcoming, and the staff who greeted us were excellent. Everything was clean, spacious, and pretty, from the rooms to the facilities. It delivers what it promises. I loved it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The neighborhood is great, and the rooms are so comfortable. Everything you need is there, and the whole stay was perfect.

The location was a real plus. Metro buses were easy to reach for getting into the city center, and two popular neighborhoods were an easy walk away. We spent four nights in a double room for €65 with a discount, and had a good stay overall, though whether I'd pay the original rate depends on what else is available. The room and bathroom were clean, with enough space and some storage. It was very cold, but the locking systems helped us feel completely safe. The window opened onto the hallway, so there was no way to get fresh air and we could hear every movement. Still, we slept very well. There’s a kitchen and lounge upstairs. Staff were friendly but hard to find. We waited over 24 hours for toilet paper, and the TV issue was never fixed. At first, there was a lot of confusion over the name. Even after messaging directly, it wasn't clear whether the Booking.com listing, "Hostel Heroes," or the Maps listing, "BogoRooms Heroes," was the right one.
