Bs Rosales Hotel And Suites

There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby, and it’s easy to get around on foot. The hotel itself is new and comfortable, with roomy, clean rooms and a spacious desk that worked well for me. The bathroom was roomy too, and the room had a fridge, food, and drinks. Breakfast and the service were good. The Wi-Fi got a little spotty at times, but was mostly fine. Great value for the money.

The neighborhood felt super safe, and the kitchenette in the clean, comfortable room was a nice touch. bs Rosales is great value in Bogota. The staff were really friendly, especially David at the front desk. He was kind and helpful.

We stayed four nights, my wife, my brother-in-law and his family, and me. Juan Camillo and the hotel manager deserve a special thanks. The staff were kind and pragmatic, and helped us even with some unusual questions. The hotel is tucked on a side street, with very clean, nicely furnished rooms. Breakfast was great, served in a lovely restaurant with a terrace on the first floor. We’ll definitely come back.

The staff were nice and the location was good, but the room needs updating and housekeeping was poor. Breakfast was decent, though it wasn't consistent. Rooms on the sixth floor and below are overlooked by nearby buildings, so there’s no privacy unless you keep the blinds shut. Room service was decent and fairly priced. We reported the broken Wi-Fi on Thursday, but nothing was done until Saturday. We asked to move rooms and were refused. Also, 14,000 cp for a Crystal water is too much for this level of service. I understand a markup, but that price is outrageous.
