The price seems very low at first, but then the woman starts charging for everything. She offers various services, and even transportation and scheduling bring extra costs at the end. We were charged extra for water too.

Dishonest! She quotes one price, then ends up charging twice as much. She also threatens people who won't pay what she demands.

The houses are in poor condition. From what people have said, it sounds even worse than I expected. They ought to tear the place down.
