Cramped and musty.

My parents and I stayed one night two weeks ago, and the woman running the place was incredibly rude and abusive. We paid cash, but she overcharged us. Parking was supposedly included, yet she charged extra for it, and although there were three of us, we got only two towels. When we asked for another, she wanted 20,000, presumably Colombian pesos. The bathroom toilet paper was already used and only half a roll. Her awful attitude and poor service are why the place is failing. Don't stay at this terrible hostel, they'll scam you with lies and inflated extra fees.

The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. The rooms have worn, badly installed flooring, and the beds smelled unpleasant and shifted easily. The pillows were dirty and smelled too. The bathroom was somewhat dirty and missing some amenities. Breakfast was limited and worse than at other hotels nearby. Service was beyond terrible. They keep your room key, so there's no privacy, and ask for a deposit just to lend you your own key. The parking lot is so narrow that you could scratch your car. The unfriendly manager tries to charge for little things and can be intrusive with her pets in your room. A complete disaster and waste of money.

The price is outrageous for what they offer. The only redeeming thing about this so-called boutique hotel is the location. The rooms need renovation, the bathroom needs a full refurbishing, there was no hot water, and the pillows felt like truck tires. When I reported the water, they said they use boilers and the pilot light had gone out. Service was completely lacking, and the lady helping there was very rude. I'd been sent information saying there was luggage storage, but when I asked, she said no. She offered to leave my bags next to reception at my own risk, or in a dirty, poorly maintained unused bathroom she showed me. This place doesn't even qualify as a guesthouse. They also said cash payment entitled you to breakfast, while card payment didn't. I tried paying cash, and the breakfast was just like the place, a fiasco.
