It’s a commercial student dorm with very decent rooms, and it works perfectly for a group of 3-4 people. The rooftop is super. I wish I’d lived somewhere like this when I was a student...

The location works especially well for university students, with public transport nearby, cozy places to study, a good gym, and plenty of culture in the area. It’s a student residence with a good atmosphere, sensible policies, and solid facilities. Living in Candelaria can be expensive at first, though, so getting an affordable deal depends on negotiating your contract well.
