8/10
The breakfast buffet is tasty, with a nice selection and a local touch. It's just right for the morning. The hotel itself is basic and close to the airport, and the rooms are clean. The beds weren't comfortable. The internet in the rooms was slow and took a while to connect, and the TV isn't smart, so you can't use Netflix or other services.
10/10
The service is fantastic, and the people are kind. You can get food all day, until 10 o'clock at night. The location is spot on, five minutes from the airport and .7 miles from the car rental. Rooms are clean and look professional, though a step down from the suite.
10/10
The staff were great, and we had the best potato soup ever. Yum. This hotel was really convenient when our flight got cancelled and we needed to be near the airport.
6/10
Clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate for a night before a flight. It's a "diluted" Marriott, so don't expect anything special.
6/10
The shuttle is convenient and the vehicles are nice, but the rooms are very small, with no space or fridge, and the price is too high for Bogotá. The staff were rude. We found a towel from the previous guest, folded for us to use, and when we called, we were told, "You can come downstairs if you want a clean one." Check-in was just as tasteless. You'd hardly believe the place was associated with the Marriott name.
