The woman looking after the hotel was lovely, welcoming, and helpful. But the place wasn’t as described or pictured. There’s no rooftop terrace, and the rooms were dirty and very worn. The sheets were dirty and had holes. A bar or club next door plays music until 3 am on weekends. Nights were very noisy, and I could even feel the music vibrating through the bed. Breakfast was included, but it was cheap and poor quality.

Our company had 48 people staying here. We got good service, a good price, clean rooms, and adequate attention. I recommend it.... (ONE A)

I was looking for a simple room in Bogotá, and this hotel seemed like a nice, pleasant option.
