The staff are super nice and helpful, and the location feels safe and quiet. My room was pleasant and clean, with everything I needed, including a small kitchen.

This worked well enough for a short visit, but I wouldn't recommend it for long-term living. I stayed for over a year, and while the price was fair for the area, the view was lovely, and the building was well maintained, the day-to-day experience had too many problems. Communication from the administration was poor, maintenance work could start suddenly, and near the end they announced a 15% rent increase, well above the local standard. Their manner also became increasingly passive-aggressive. Noise was a constant issue because the walls are thin. Neighbors' sounds, especially slamming doors, carried throughout the building, and many guests were loud and inconsiderate, sometimes even aggressive. Privacy was another concern. I initially declined cleaning, but management later insisted on regular room entry. I also worried that the cleaning lady used my personal items and wasn't honest about it. The water was unreliable too. It took a while to heat up, and the temperature and pressure were unpredictable. It could suddenly turn scalding, burning me more than once, or switch to freezing cold, which made me sick a few times. There seemed to be ongoing water issues and constant maintenance. I couldn't tell whether they were really trying to fix the problem or just cutting costs. For one week it worked perfectly, then went back to being unstable.

A cozy, spacious room with everything you need to spend your time comfortably. The place feels very secure, the area is calm and accessible by transport, and the services are excellent.
