The rooftop was a highlight for me. It had lovely views of the city and Monserrate, and I drank my coffee up there every morning. The flat was exactly like the photos and had all the basics, including coffee. It’s right on a little square with lively nightlife, which I loved, though it may not suit you if you need total quiet. The museums and Plaza de Bolivar are an easy walk away. The host went out of his way to make the whole trip enjoyable: he kept in touch before I arrived with videos and ideas for things to do, then met me, asked what I was interested in, and shared recommendations and links. Hands down the best place I’ve stayed.

Frank, the hoster, is a really cool guy. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, right in the heart of La Candelaria. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, old buildings, museums and nice streets are just a few minutes away on foot. It also felt like a very safe area, with policemen everywhere. I recommend this place 200%.

The rooftop is beautiful and the place looks just like the photos. The host was communicative and accommodating throughout our stay. We were in the heart of el chorro de quevada in La Candelaria, within walking distance of popular sights like the Gold Museum, Botero Museum and Mt. Monserrate, about 20 minutes away. There was music at night, so it does get noisy, and the mattress was super firm. Still, great location.

The rooftop night view was fantastic, and the rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. The hotel's location was excellent too. Frank was very nice and meticulous, always ready to answer questions, and sent us lots of useful information as soon as we booked.
