The open rooftop space was great, and our room was spacious with a nice kitchen. The people were kind, though the place seemed short-handed. The showers have a wand attachment for people getting plastic surgery. The exercise equipment was old and felt dirty, but it worked. Food was acceptable, not exceptional, and the menu listed things they don't serve. You need to reserve a time for the portable jacuzzi because it's kept empty, and you only get 30 minutes. For massages, be ready to pay at reception right afterward. Other hotels have let us pay at the end of the stay. Check whether the patio or deck sliding door locks and whether the phone works before unpacking. It took eight days to get a replacement room phone, though we could use their WhatsApp # to request room service. When we moved to another room, the microwave was missing, so we had to ask for it to be brought over from the room with the broken door lock. The internet was totally inadequate for remote work, and our cellphones had trouble working or acting as hotspots. Be clear with the cleaning staff so your room gets fully restocked, and check bathroom corners for mushrooms. On several mornings, only one male breakfast staff member seemed to understand attention to detail. He deserves a raise and a management role, though I can't remember his name. Get to breakfast early if you want clean silverware, plates, and tables.
