For the quality, service, and location, the price is excellent. The hotel is conveniently and safely placed near everything I wanted to explore in Bogotá. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The airport pickup went smoothly, and the welcome from the staff felt genuine from the start. They kept up that level of care throughout the stay. It's the smallest Four Seasons I've stayed at anywhere in the world, but it was absolutely charming. Luxury here isn't about size, it's about the service. If I come back to Bogotá, I'll stay at Four Seasons again.

The staff gave me some of the best hotel service I've had, definitely up to Four Seasons expectations. I'll choose this exceptional hotel again for my stays in Bogotá.

Four Seasons Bogotá has gorgeous rooms, beds that are insanely comfy, and a rooftop view that really stands out. The staff are legendary, the spa feels heavenly, and the food is amazing. Wow, just wow 🤩✨ I could stay forever. 💛

The food was good, but there wasn't much to choose from. It's just a small restaurant, with no bar. Basic. I wouldn't recommend this as a resort. The spa is very small and basic, with a steam room but no hot sauna or jet hot tub. The rooms don't have hot tubs either, and they don't have the feel or look I expect from a Four Seasons. It doesn't feel like the usual Four Seasons hotel resort standard.

We had a spacious, comfortable room that was kept clean, and the hotel is in a lively part of Zona T, close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly, and service was excellent from arrival. The restaurant team especially stood out. Breakfast was a pleasure, and when I felt chilly they thoughtfully brought me a blanket. Dinner was just as good, with an excellent menu and a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the hotel and the vibrant neighborhood around it.
