The airport shuttle was the one thing I can praise. The driver was on time both arriving and leaving, and the ride was exceptionally comfortable. I think I'd have slept better in the shuttle. The hotel is close to the airport, so it worked for my early flight. The promised pre-buffet “Grab & Go” breakfast turned out to be just a roll from a basket, wrapped in a napkin if you wanted to take it along. A “Tip Vulture” kept circling the lobby, offering service I didn't need and finding annoying. The windows didn't seem insulated, so sidewalk conversations from floors below came through, along with occasional airplane noise. My mini fridge was broken, and everything I put in it had to be thrown away in the morning. I don't know whether they disposed of the items in the fridge that would be offered to the next guest. The bathtub was unusually small. If you're over 5’ 6” tall, showering takes a few yoga poses, and turning around means banging your elbows on the tile and glass door. The sink lighting was dim and poor, so shave at your own risk. I can't imagine applying makeup there.

We had a nice time and enjoyed the good, varied breakfast and the amenities. Our room was modern, clean, and spacious, with two desks for working. We went on long walks that felt safe and pleasant, near "el jardin botanico", "el Salitre" park, and "Simon Bolivar" park. Public transportation made it possible to get to some tourist sites.

I stayed in a Superior King room from February 10-16, and the care from the whole team was what made GHL Collection 93 stand out. In a city with plenty of excellent hotels, this one distinguishes itself through the staff's precise, warm service and genuine commitment to guests. Thank you to everyone for a memorable stay. I look forward to coming back. The room was kept impeccably and refreshed consistently, with care and attention to detail. Breakfast each morning was fresh and nicely presented, and the restaurant staff were attentive and gracious. The food was high quality, too. From arrival onward, the front desk team made me feel valued. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the welcome felt warm and sincere. During the stay, staff responded professionally to requests, coordinated services, and followed up thoughtfully.

The rooms were great, and the spa and jacuzzi were fantastic. Breakfast was beyond great. We had an accommodation issue, but they were able to resolve it. We'll definitely be back.

Great breakfast, a nice-looking pool, and a gym that looked good. It's a good hotel near the airport, with a shuttle there. Keep in mind it's far from the attractions, though I don't think that matters much since buses and Uber were really cheap. Room service got my order wrong, and it was hard to get in touch with them. I didn't complain because I didn't want to ruin the vacation vibe, so I gave service only three stars.
