Hotel GHL Collection 93

The staff were very helpful and tried to sort out every issue. There were occasional problems with the AC, and hallway activity could make the room a little noisy.

The location is great, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast buffet doesn't offer many choices, but you can order really good pancakes, waffles, and similar things from the kitchen. Soundproofing could be better.

The beds were comfortable, the location was good, and breakfast was good too. The waitstaff were kind and attentive, and they fixed our malfunctioning safe quickly. The rate was a deal for the location, but I wouldn't call this a five-star hotel or expect five-star service or rooms. The room layout felt awkward, with little privacy when getting dressed after a shower. There was a tiny closet and hardly anywhere to put clothes or belongings. Outside noise was well blocked, but you could hear everything inside, especially in the hallways. It felt like our door might as well have been open, so there wasn't a quiet place to work. I'd rather pay a few dollars more for a better hotel.

The bed was super comfy, breakfast was simple but reliably good, and the staff were nice and helped us despite our not speaking Spanish. The location is great and the rooms were very clean, though really small. Hot water in the shower wasn't always dependable, but mostly it was okay. The closet smelled horribly moldy. You'd open it and cringe. A good budget option in Bogota, as long as you don't expect four-star quality.
