Hostal CQ Chapinero - Hostel

I stayed the day before, and the service was fine, nothing special. I booked a private room at 8pm and arrived to check in at 2am. They knew I had a puppy with me, but then told me they were full, despite my booking. I told the man it was his fault and he needed to fix it. If I see him again, we'll have a huge problem.

Tatiana, the manager, is a really sweet woman, and I’d come back. It’s weed friendly, too. You get what you pay for here, so expect to pay more if you want something better.

Laura and Frank were wonderful hosts, always ready to help and sort out any problems. The place felt like home and family. Honestly, it’s the nicest place to stay in Bogota.

The owner's father was drunk while working there and was exceptionally rude. When I asked to change my reservation, he threatened to call the police. And from the reviews I’ve seen, the positive ones seem fictitious: many reviewers have only reviewed this hostel, and a lot of those reviews use the same voice. This was easily the most disgusting hostel I’ve ever visited. Look at my photos.
