Hostal Yepeto

The location is very good, and the communal spaces are nice. The staff were welcoming and friendly too. It has a quirky, interesting guesthouse feel, though I'm not sure it'll suit everyone. The beds are uncomfortable, with plastic under the sheets, and the two kitchens aren't very well set up for guests to cook in.

The staff were very helpful, and it's good value for money. But the walls are incredibly thin. You can hear someone coughing anywhere in the house. The kitchen closes at 8:30pm, and if you cook later, you'll get dirty looks.

It's a cheap place to stay in Candelaria, and the host was friendly. The dorm was very cramped, with beds pushed into a corner and little privacy. There wasn't enough room for luggage, which was annoying. The bathroom could be cleaner, the kitchen needs some equipment, and the wifi didn't work well.

The hosts were super nice, and the price was one of the best. Breakfast, lockers, and a small common area were included. I stayed in a room with 6 bunk beds, with the bathroom divided off by a mobile "wall", if you know what I mean. The sound was awful whenever someone moved in their bed, and with the bathroom so "close", you could hear everything. Also, there's a 7% additional charge when you pay by credit card.
