The hotel itself wasn't bad, but I wouldn't recommend staying there. We didn't realize how unsafe the area was before booking. Locals told us it was one of the most dangerous zones in Bogotá and asked why we'd chosen it. We didn't feel very safe either. I'd really suggest foreigners stay somewhere in a safer part of the city.

The front desk service was very good and available around the clock, and the hotel is within walking distance of the bus station. The rooms are quite old and need updating, though they have an antique charm. It felt like traveling back to 1970. No wifi in the rooms, and the only wifi was in the lobby, using the receptionist's phone as a hotspot. Breakfast wasn't included. An interesting experience.

The facilities show their age and wear. It's a budget hotel, but for the same price I could have found somewhere better. The area felt somewhat unsafe, even though there's a police station nearby.
