The rooms were small, but clean, and the hotel is very close to the airport and lots of restaurants. That part was convenient, but it wasn’t really my kind of place. The rooms also weren’t well insulated. Breakfast starts at 7, and we needed to leave at that time, so we asked if we could eat a bit earlier. The receptionist said they should be able to accommodate us if we came before 7, and said he’d leave a note. In the morning there was nobody at breakfast, and reception said they had no note. Glad we only stayed one night. The rooms were clean overall, and the location was handy.

We left the next morning, even though we had booked three nights. We couldn’t stand to stay another minute. Two guests came into our room during the night, completely drunk. The small rooms had no soundproofing, so we could hear other guests snoring and walking around all night and early in the morning. There was no hot water in the shower at night, and the hotel pickup we arranged arrived 15 minutes late. The front desk assured us we’d get a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. After a week of excuses, they stopped replying and then said it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility and they couldn’t refund anything. This was definitely the worst stay we’ve ever had. If you want rest, security, and good service, find somewhere else. There are much better options.

A pleasant stay, with really great service. Some rooms have no windows, which can be nice if you just want to go straight to sleep.

This place felt like a bait-and-switch from the moment we arrived. I called to ask for two rooms with bathtubs, as advertised, and was told they were available for 120,000 Colombian pesos. Once there, we found out that price was for basic rooms, there were no two bathtub rooms available, and the price was 200,000 pesos. After negotiating, we took basic rooms with late checkout and an American breakfast. At breakfast, we couldn’t choose what to eat. They offered eggs, cheese, and bread, but when I asked for only bread and cheese, the woman said they didn’t have any, even though those were part of what she’d offered. Another man came over and gave me bread and cheese. I ate it and asked for more, and the woman said no again. Quite an American breakfast. We asked for a fan, and they looked at us as if we were asking too much. The shower was another problem, with one minute of hot water followed by five minutes of cold. I don’t know how this place has four stars on Booking. Worst experience ever.
