Hotel City Bog Expo Museo

We were given a room for two even though our reservation was for four. It took several requests to get the right room, despite the booking being correct. They said the other two people were babies, but there wasn’t even a baby cot in the room.

The bed and bathroom were both great, and the hotel is in a good location. The front desk clerk was also patient and helpful when I checked in at night, even with all my questions. It was an awesome experience, and I’ll definitely come back.

We had a very pleasant two days in Bogota, and the location was good. The rooms were clean, breakfast was okay, and the staff were very, very kind. Communication took a lot of effort because the staff didn’t speak English, and the cook’s English was very poor. Google Translate helped make things easier.

We liked the large room, great beds and pillows, and the amazing shower. They also arranged the upper-floor room we wanted. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good, though there wasn’t much variety. The room Wi-Fi didn’t work on the first day, but they fixed it the next day. The location worked well for visiting places like Museo Del Oro and Monserrate. We would have preferred to be farther north, nearer Chapinero and Zona Rosa for pubs, bars, and restaurants. Mixed feelings, but it was a good hotel overall.
