4/10
The employees were the best part. They were friendly and tried to make the most of a really bad hotel, which is right next to the US Embassy. Breakfast was free, and lunch at the rooftop restaurant was affordable. Still, the room made it hard to sleep because of all the noise. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and covered in odd plastic. Stickers all over the hideous walls warn about what not to do and how you'll be penalized, which gave me a prison-cell vibe. I stayed because of the reviews, but the gap between those and my experience made me question whether the earlier positive feedback was authentic. Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

I had everything I needed, and the location was outstanding. The room was quite small and the place had fewer frills than I'd expected, but those were my only complaints. It was good, and I'd give it a 4.5 if I could.

Fine for one night. Clean, with hot water and breakfast. Nothing fancy, very low budget, but good enough.
