Breakfast had only three options, and the Wi-Fi was pathetic. They don’t provide bottled water, a kettle, or toiletries, so whenever you need a glass of hot water, you have to go to the restaurant or downstairs to the lobby. They don’t entertain requests and are very strict about their rules. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were cold, with no heating, windows, AC, or ventilation. At checkout they charged me for having a friend stay overnight, but nobody had told me there would be a fee. The front desk staff were unbelievably rude. They wouldn’t return a hello or good morning, and whenever I asked a question they acted like I’d insulted them. At checkout they didn’t speak to me or say thanks, goodbye, or have a good day or trip. Seriously outrageous. I regret giving this company my money, even if it was cheap. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I wish I’d stayed somewhere else.

The complimentary breakfast was two eggs. I was told I could get a shuttle bus and paid extra for it, but they didn’t provide it. I had to pay for a taxi as well as the extra shuttle pre-order charge. Since I don’t speak Spanish, I couldn’t argue my case. I think they may use this ploy often, so non-Spanish speakers beware. The place itself is nice enough, but they blatantly lie.

The service and rooms were okay overall, but I had a bad experience with a taxi arranged through the hotel. I’m a foreigner, and it felt like they were trying to cheat me. I needed to go only 1.2 km when checking out, but the driver asked for 50,000 pesos. A regular taxi would charge only 5,000 to 8,000 pesos. When I questioned the price, the driver showed me a WhatsApp message between him and the hotel. Please be careful and alert.
