The dirty sheets and hair in the bedroom set a bad tone as soon as we saw it. The bathroom was filthy too, with pubic hair in several spots, a toilet that didn't flush properly, and a door that wouldn't close right. Finding a bottle of soy sauce in the nightstand drawer made it seem like the place hadn't been cleaned well. There was some confusion about our room when we arrived, but that got sorted out. I contacted Herberto and got neither a reply nor an apology. It was cleaner the following day, but my first impression was already poor. I do not recommend this place.
