I booked through booking and found the service very good. The location worked well for getting to concerts at the campsite. The hot water takes a little while to come through, but it was fine.

They don’t honor reservations, charge more than what’s offered, and make harassing calls to get you to leave. There was no hot water either. Terrible.

The mattresses were so soft and comfortable you could sink into them, hehe. We went as a couple and had an amazing stay. It didn’t feel expensive at all for a place so near a shopping center, shops, and good restaurants. From arrival, the atmosphere felt really welcoming. The facilities were in perfect condition, there’s parking, and breakfast is included. They left us thick, clean towels and warm thermal sheets, plus an extra one in case we got cold, hehe. They even serve meals until 3 am. Everything was perfect, and I’d recommend it 100%.

A comfortable, lovely place for guests, with excellent service. The Galerías shopping center is almost right across the street.
