I stayed at this hotel in 2021 and had a very good experience. The staff were really friendly. I hope they keep the place very clean.

The location is good, near pedestrian 7th and the historic center. The reception staff seemed unfriendly to me.

For a budget hotel, the rooms are in good condition and it's well located. Receptionists were very friendly, and they welcome guests around the clock. I'd be wary of the rooms facing the front, since I think they're bright and noisy because they're so close to the avenue. Aside from that, everything was fine. Highly recommended.

Awful. My wife and I have stayed at different hotels in Bogotá, and this was the worst; if I could rate it below zero, I would. The floor was dirty and covered in hair, there was no TV, and the room they sent us to on the fourth floor was in disarray, like they'd forgotten about it. Breakers were exposed, the internet was terrible, and there was no hot water. Thanks.
