The staff were rude, and the rooms were so dirty that I’ll let people imagine just how bad. The food was cold and nearly inedible. There was no soap, the bathrooms were awful, the internet was terrible, and the rooms had no satellite dish. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, especially given what the booking pages advertise.

The staff were really friendly, but the room wasn’t clean. There was hair on the floor and bed, and no clean sheets. There wasn’t even toilet paper, let alone soap.

It’s a pleasant place with friendly staff and good food. The room was roomy, though the smaller of the two beds only had one sheet. When I asked for blankets, they brought just a thin one, and there were no towels. Wi-Fi is available, but the TVs only get digital terrestrial channels.

This hotel has shut down, yet it still takes bookings.

A discreet, elegant spot in a handy location. I’d recommend it for a vacation or a business trip in Bogotá.
