Hotel L & L Mansión

A welcoming, lovely place, with good, very clean rooms. The service was excellent, and I’d recommend it.

For the price, this is a good hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful, and the place was clean. One possible drawback is the road nearby, since some rooms may get traffic noise. Apart from that, everything was great.

We were told the other rooms were full, so they gave us the suite. In fact, the hotel was empty and we were the only guests. Once we'd checked in and paid, they mentioned a “small problem” with the hot water, which meant we couldn't use the jacuzzi. We were tired and had our luggage, so I accepted it while hoping the manager would get the water fixed. But even the cold water barely had any pressure, and we needed a bucket to flush the toilet. The toilet didn't even have a lid. A really bad experience. I don't recommend this place.

The location is handy, near the bus terminal, the airport, and Simón Bolívar Central Park. I also found the rooms and the building clean, and the service was very good. For what it costs, I thought it was an excellent hotel.
