I only went to the fast food restaurant on the first floor, not the rooms. When we arrived, nobody was looking after us or cleaning the chairs. The entrance felt a bit dirty and outdated for a hotel.

There’s an affordable, tasty restaurant downstairs that’s open 24 hours, which is really convenient. The hotel is right on the main avenue and close to everything. They treated me like family, something I especially appreciated as a foreigner.

This was the worst experience I’ve had. They couldn’t find my reservation, and my room wasn’t ready even though they’d confirmed when I’d arrive. The price they tried to charge didn’t match my Booking.com reservation, and they suggested I had changed the price myself. Their listing says they don’t accept card payments, but they wouldn’t accept them. Terrible service.

Nobody answers or helps, and they don’t even provide receipts. The service is awful. They mislead you about the price and the supposedly free breakfast. This place should be shut down.

The location is good, but there’s a lot of noise at night. Employees getting up early to get everything ready don’t seem to take much care with how loudly they talk.
