The staff were outstanding throughout our stay, and the area felt secure and centrally located. My girlfriend and I were both happy with our choice and had no complaints. I checked in around 9pm, and the man at the front desk was kind, courteous, and very helpful with my questions and requests. I asked him to bring water and tequila with cut limes to my room, and he did it with a great attitude and superb service. He stayed attentive and ready to help all the guests during my stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. Luis, the owner, is professional and keeps high standards. Leo at the front desk is personable and professional too. The coffee’s good, and the service is good.

The area feels safe, and there are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and pharmacies nearby, so delivery orders arrive quickly. Booking was quick, and the service included transportation from the airport. Breakfast was tasty, complete, and filling. Paying digitally was easy, with no extra fees.

The staff are very friendly, and it’s a good place to get some rest. It’s fairly inexpensive and usually has rooms available. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport, Simón Bolívar, or Movistar Arena. They accept cash, and parking fits one car and several motorcycles. Just be aware that sometimes you can hear planes passing overhead.
