The manager upset me most. He acted as if having a job gave him the right to mistreat guests, and seemed to think he could be physically and verbally abusive. Be careful around people like that. The staff were rude and showed no respect, and the service was terrible. The kitchens were constantly filthy with grease, and cockroaches were all over the place and in the refrigerator. The walls and floors were disgusting too. In my room, the bathroom hadn't even been cleaned: the toilet was yellow and filthy, and the sheets hadn't been washed. The whole place was disgusting.

The whole place feels humid and reeks of cigarettes. The workers are constantly smoking cigarettes and marijuana around reception.
