Reasonable rates and a good place to stay. The staff are polite and helpful, though communication can be tricky since most speak Spanish. One staff member speaks English, but isn't very fluent. You can pay with a Visa card.

The location was peaceful, and I liked the room I picked with a balcony. I travel here with my partner often, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were. The receptionists were especially kind and gave me tips for getting around Bogotá. No complaints.

The one good thing is the location, right by the Parkway. The building isn't well maintained or clean, and the sheets in my room were stained and had hair on them. When I told them, they offered a different room that wasn't as nice. The walls are thin, so it's noisy, and there's no heating. I'd avoid this place.

We had a confirmed two night booking, but the place was overbooked and they put us in a completely different room that was disgusting. They said there was nothing they could do. We arrived at 10:30 at night with our three dogs, and it was too late to find somewhere else, so we had to stay. We left the next morning. They had said parking was available 24/7 on the premises, but there was hardly any space. At 3:30 am they knocked on our door and asked us to move the car. Such a disappointing stay. They just don't care.
