They need to change their attitude and start cleaning before I'd recommend staying here. We asked to switch rooms and looked at two others, but found the same dirt. The bathroom, cutlery, and bed sheets were dirty, and there was hair around. Cleaning was clearly neglected. I don't mind an older hotel as long as it's maintained and clean, but otherwise you just don't feel comfortable there. This was my worst experience so far.

I was visiting family in the city from abroad and really enjoyed my stay. Bringing my dog was easy since the place is pet friendly. The internet connection was very good and met my needs. I'd recommend it 100%.

I should've read the reviews before booking. Stay away if you care about a clean, professional atmosphere and a bit of style. Some people may find it pleasant, but anyone who knows what good quality looks like won't.

Quiet and clean, with great service and a convenient location. Breakfast isn't included, and there's no elevator, so avoid bringing heavy bags, or ask for a room on a lower floor.

I stayed with my family a few weeks ago and got much better value than I expected for the price. The food and service were good, the rooms were excellent, and it felt family friendly.
