The fast internet and good breakfast were the bright spots. Still, for the price and facilities, I wouldn’t call it a boutique hotel. My room was small, divided only by drywall, and the bathroom was basic. They also didn’t clean my room thoroughly.

It’s better to think of this as a private dorm room than a boutique hotel. The bed was clean, but the sheets weren’t changed during my stay. The room was small, with an even tinier bathroom, no bath mat, and just two bars of soap. Breakfast was a plate of eggs with bread or rice, and sometimes fruit. The walls are very thin, so we could hear guests checking in and out down the hall on the second floor. A local panaderia, papajohn's, and a minimarket are about a five-minute walk away.

Breakfast came with eggs cooked to order, bread, fruit, and either coffee or chocolate. The room was bright and very clean, and the Wi-Fi worked really well.

The bed was the most comfortable one we’ve ever slept in, and they make breakfast on the spot. You really get more than you pay for, definitely five stars :)
