La Casa De Las Plazas

The kitchen and common spaces are comfortable and nice, with lots of daylight and plants, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Private rooms are much more comfortable, though for the same price you could get an entire apartment on AirBnb. The service was a problem for me. Staff were unprofessional and often inattentive, sometimes lied, and could be a little bipolar with customers. The front door works by staff remote control, so you can occasionally get stuck waiting to enter or leave when they don’t respond to the bell. Dorms rarely have toilet paper, there are no hand towels so you end up drying your hands on your clothes, and there’s no toilet seat. All in all, it’s overpriced, and the owners need to train the staff much better. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

It’s on a quiet street even though the location is very central, and the service is really friendly. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms in each bedroom get daylight and have good water pressure. Breakfast is okay, as are the small common areas. It could be cleaner, but it’s great for the price and feels very cozy.

Loved staying here. The staff, location and price were all great, and I have no complaints. The bed was really comfy and the showers were warm. Loved it!

The rooms were nice, and the woman in charge was very helpful. The kitchen was awful, with hardly anything available, and the beds weren’t very comfortable. The place also feels pretty cold and humid.
