The venue is lovely, and the staff, service, and food were all great. I was there for a conference, though, and the event hall was so cold that we were freezing all day. Even coffee didn't warm us up. Maybe the weather was to blame, but they really should improve the heating there.

The service was good, but I still have a problem: they haven't issued the invoice for the services I paid for.

I got there at 6:00 AM, the time I'd arranged for my room, but nobody opened up. I rang the bell over and over and got no answer. I do NOT recommend this place.

Dinner was tasty and the price was good, but breakfast was pretty light. The rooms are basic, and the reception staff weren't very helpful or accommodating. I didn't enjoy the stay at all.

We held an event with a district entity, but the reservation wasn't honored through the event's closing date. At the last minute, the organizers had to find another venue. One of the waiters, an older bald man, was rude, bad-tempered, and indifferent. I wouldn't recommend this place.
