The room worked well for our family of three, and my wife especially liked the shower head. Water pressure was great, the bed was comfortable, and they provided both soft and firm pillows. Breakfast was really good too, a real plus. Most of all, every staff member was incredible, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. They all went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. I'm so grateful. The hotel is also near lots of shops and restaurants in a secure setting.

Chapinero is a great area, with a safe feel and lots of nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Getting around is easy, and the nightlife area is close too. A perfect spot for visiting Bogota.

We had a great stay. The room was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly nice. Food was excellent, with Laura Rojas and José Gonzales being especially friendly and welcoming as our waitress and waiter. There was complimentary coffee and tea in the room, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The price was excellent, especially for the value. It’s clean, in a good location, and the kitchen is good. The service was excellent, and I felt comfortable and secure. It’s not five-star, but it’s my kind of hotel. I also appreciated that they don’t change towels unless you specifically ask, which is a more thoughtful approach to the environment.

Breakfast had a tasty range of choices, and the staff made me feel welcome. I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bogotá DC, with a comfortable room too. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Bogotá.
