The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was great. I really enjoyed the excellent service and would come back.

We bought a couples spa service, but it was disappointing. They changed our reservation date and time twice. The massage was painful rather than relaxing, and the jacuzzi was very small and cold.

The breakfasts were a letdown, and when we mentioned how damp the rooms felt, no one offered a solution. The humidity was hard to ignore, especially when breathing, and we woke with sore throats. There was no hot water either. Turning on the shower made water drip from the sink faucet. You can even see the dampness in the photos. We wouldn’t stay here again. Such a shame.

The spa was wonderful, and the hairdressing service was extraordinary. Elias, their image consultant, is a real professional. I found the rooms clean, comfortable, and very quiet, and the staff were so friendly. It’s a lovely place in a good location. I’d happily recommend it.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and their service was outstanding. I’d highly recommend this as a hotel in Bogotá. You should visit.
