4/10
The breakfast was very good, and the beds in the Junior Suite were really comfortable. But I chose this hotel hoping for some peace and quiet after a 14-day motorcycle tour, and staying in room 0708 was a mistake. It was the worst accommodation of my trip. There was traffic noise all night because the room was not soundproof at all. The bedding had holes, the walls were dirty and cracked, and the blackout curtains wouldn’t close properly. The fridge didn’t work, parts of the shower were broken, and the in-room coffee machine was broken too. The hotel only fixed the coffee machine after I reported the problems to reception. They said they’d look into the rest and have the manager contact me, but the manager never did. This was absolutely not what I expected from a 4-star hotel. Avoid this place and go somewhere that appreciates your custom. I’m sure the hotel will reply with some lame standard response that means nothing, without fixing these issues or making my last two days in Bogota any more pleasant.

The hotel is clean and efficient, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, and it’s fairly close to the center. Some rooms were great, while others weren’t as good. The shower system needs updating, and there should be a brush next to the toilet.

We spent five nights here and had a great stay. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean, modern, and well maintained. It’s in a quieter neighborhood, away from the hubbub, but didn’t feel too isolated or dangerous at night. The main attractions are less than a 15-minute drive away.

Santiago was especially helpful. He suggested a safe place for me to go running, helped me get access to the gym, and generally went above and beyond. The rooms are lovely and the service is great. Such a friendly place, I’d definitely come back!

The staff were very helpful and kind. My only complaint is that Expedia listed an airport shuttle, but the hotel didn’t provide that service.
