The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast and lunch were good. Restaurants, shops, beauty salons, and a park for kids are all within walking distance, so the location is great if you want to get around on foot. Having to use a key to reach each floor was a little inconvenient, though it does help with safety. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was missing a few basics for a 5-star hotel, with just two towels per person and no face towels or slippers. Breakfast wasn't suitable for anyone with dietary restrictions either, since there were no vegan options. The constant music from the rooftop bar made it really hard to sleep. The heavy bass could be heard on the 8th floor and went on until about 2 AM. If you're coming to enjoy nature or want a quiet, peaceful stay, I wouldn't recommend this place. Getting proper rest was difficult.

We checked into the room on Oct 26th and found the AC didn't work. The onsite team showed no urgency or ability to sort it out. They didn't offer another room or a workable solution, and seemed more focused on deflecting than fixing the problem. They brought a portable AC, but that meant leaving the windows open in an area known for being very loud. With no real fix, we had to leave a day early. Management said they'd refund the unused night, but it's been over a month with no refund and no meaningful follow-up. Awful experience, and this doesn't feel like a customer-focused operation. Not a 5-star hotel.

The room was spacious and fairly modern, with nice amenities and a decent minibar. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location worked well if you can tolerate the noise. The curtains were a problem, though: they didn't reach the floor, so bright light came in underneath and woke me up early every day. Room service was unbelievably bad, twice in a row. I've ordered it at more than 50 hotels around the world, and this was easily the worst. I hope they get new cooks. The two huge TVs were pointless too, with only a few dull local channels and no way to sign into streaming services. I can't understand why hotels, especially ones calling themselves five star, still do this.
