On arrival at Beatriz Amparo’s fifth-floor apartment, I couldn't find the keys in the mailbox as her instructions said. I had to wait in the hallway while she sorted it out. I followed the house rules, including the no-smoking rule, and I don't smoke, but after checkout she accused me of smoking in the apartment. There was no evidence for the claim. Before this stay, I had 27 perfect Airbnb reviews. Unfortunately, Airbnb seems to side with hosts even when accusations are unproven. If you stay here, document everything carefully and be prepared in case there's a problem.

Google Maps puts this place in the wrong spot, so watch out for that. The apartment itself is amazing, with everything you could want: the bed, bathroom, and kitchen all worked perfectly. It's downtown near Carrera 7, with shops and cafes just steps away. I love this place.

Great location, and a comfortable building with two terraces, a gym, coworking space, BBQ area, entertainment and games area, and laundry room.

A good option for students or people staying briefly through Airbnb. There’s an elevator, and you get in through a chip. Don't lose the key, since you need it to get in and out. There are two paid washing machines and two dryers, plus a coworking area and terrace.
