The shuttle from AirPort was incredibly well arranged. We had a great room on the Bonvoy Floor, with service and food both 10/10. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for such amazing service!

The location near the airport made it convenient, and we enjoyed walking around the nearby area. The hotel feels a little dated and worn, though it was comfortable and everything worked. The lounge was closed during our stay, likely because occupancy was low. They offered room service with snacks and drinks instead, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was the highlight by far. We got to try the Friday breakfast with traditional Colombian dishes, and it was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastically explained the dishes, what to try, and why. That made it special. Definitely worth it, and highly recommended.

I've stayed here for more than 75 nights now, and it's my favorite hotel in Bogota. The rooms, gym, indoor pool, executive club, and huge buffet breakfast are all great. The service is incredible, and everyone is warm and friendly. Camila at breakfast is wonderful.

The atmosphere was serene and cosy, and the staff were courteous, professional, and kind. The food was amazing, including the conventional Colombian dishes. I enjoyed my stay in Colombia and at Sheraton, and would recommend it to friends and colleagues visiting the country. Sheraton Bogota Colombia was beautiful and met the expected Sheraton Marriott brand standard. I had to change rooms because the first one had a problem with the door and some other basic issues. Cleaners also missed some toiletries and beverages after cleaning. They compensated us with 10th-floor Sheraton Club access for breakfast and happy power.

I appreciated how easy the airport transfer made travel. El Dorado Airport is about 6.5 km away, and the hotel offers a reliable complimentary shuttle in both directions. The rooms are quiet thanks to solid soundproofing, and there's plenty to do on site, including an indoor pool, well-equipped fitness center, spa services, several restaurants, and a generous buffet breakfast. It's a comfortable, convenient place to unwind and feel taken care of between travel legs, with very little fuss.
