I left on the second night and moved to a real hotel down the street. The WiFi had gone out several times during the two days I was there, and it wasn’t working reliably. There were lots of ants in my room, but nobody would help. The safe didn’t work either, and they never fixed anything. The employees were rude. I won’t be back and don’t recommend staying here.

My 21-day stay, from Oct-27/Nov-16-2024, was a complete nightmare. The location may look good, but with constant power outages, awful internet, and street noise that kept me from sleeping, the stay was extremely stressful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone under the current property manager. The apartment complex administrator, Paola Pinzon, was very rude and discriminated against English-speaking customers. She told me to speak Spanish because we were in Colombia, got into pointless arguments, and texted to complain that she’d have to “double wash” a towel because of hair product on it. After I complained to the company about furniture being moved and construction on the top floor from 11:00pm to 3:40am, she got angry and said she was her own boss and nobody could tell her what to do. When I tried to ask for help, the response was, “We are not a hotel, we are a Co-living”. Maybe they think we don’t have “those” in the USA. She needs customer service training ASAP.

A really cozy, clean place, with everything close by. Excellent!

My room’s WiFi dropped every 15 minutes, rain or shine. A co-working space with unreliable internet, welcome to Colombia. I hope they sort it out and install Starlink. Update Nov 28: there’s been no internet for two days. I can’t get serious work done, and management won’t offer a partial refund.
